| OK, so I'm testing the photo insert feature of Xanga. I noticed that when you insert a photo, Xanga does it without a margin so that the text sits right next to the photo. Since I'm on a Mac, I automatically get to post these entries in the HTML entry window and have to click on the link "Preview HTML" in order to see what it looks like.
Sure enough, there was no margin on the photo and the text started below the photo. To correct this I inserted after the link. That code will float the photo on the left and create a margin around the photo so the text doesn't cram itself right next to it.
It's been so long since I've fooled around on Xanga that I may not know of an easier way to do that. That's what I do on my Majormike's Musings blog.
Oh yeah, you'll also need to put a tag in order to clear off the float for the photo and allow the "now playing", etc. to display in it's proper place.
